    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.

  4. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.

  5. Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective/damaged.
